"We stayed in this lovely hotel the night before our trip on the Bernina express. The hotel is in the old town of chur which is really nice with lots of historic buildings, it was about 15 mins walk to the station so perfectly placed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was from 7 the next morning but we went in just before and there were already people in there. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast which had plenty of choice to suit everyone. The room was warm and the bed comfortable our bathroom was huge and the shower was very good. This hotel is a small hotel and has lots of character I would definitely recommend it for couples."

"The room is very clean and comfortable. It’s within walking distance to the Chur Train Station. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There’s a small elevator to the room but to access the lobby from the front door is by stairs. The hotel front door and lobby is closed at 8 pm. No one can check you in after 8 pm. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel in Chur. "

"I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. The room had bedroom and living room and a kitchen! it was perfect temperature the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Pleased with the slippers. Son happy with the spa facilities. Clean throughout. Staff were friendly when you engaged with them. "

"We spent only one night to visit the Filisur bridge, we had dinner at their restaurant amd the staff was super friendly and helpful. The heater could be a bit lower, it was suuper hot during the night and there was no switch to control it. We came late March and the neighbourhood was super quiet, no other restaurants. If you prefer to save up is better to bring food. The coop market is just below, you can also stock up there."
