“The condominium was clean, they had a Christmas tree up, it was a great location, we couldn’t get the main TV to work but called the number given to us and they helped right away and then followed up to see if it was still working. Would love to stay there again ”

“We contacted David to let him know a door was broken. It was the door to the water heater but we didn’t specify. He called us to make sure it wasn’t the front door. He wasn’t sure if I was a woman traveling alone with my children and he wanted to make sure we were safe. Although my husband was with me he and I both appreciated his concern.
