A beautiful place right on the Mediterranean. Wonderful facilities including private beach, two pools, several restaurants and spa. The landscaping is beautiful and the service impeccable. The staff is very friendly. Also convenient transportation to the Tangier airport. Definitely worth a stay.

The rooms were uniquely designed, had a mediocre view of the beach. The breakfast could have been amazing IF there weren't birds landing all over the food and picking at it while you are trying to eat.

We booked a sea view room but they gave us a corner room with a lateral view where you should guess the sea. The furniture is getting old and rustic, you can’t even connect the Bose hifi to Bluetooth and the radio is not working. The window doesn’t close completely, fortunately the weather was ok

Bon mais pas à la hauteur du standing affiché.

Séjour correct dans cet établissement comparé à d’autres hôtels 5 étoiles. Le problème est que pour un hôtel d’un tel standing, on s’attend à mieux. Le Sofitel joue normalement dans la cour des hôtels de luxe qui affichent un haut standing, et c’est là que ça pêche. Je suis restée 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Le tourquinet automatique n’a pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour. Normalement, un doorman aurait dû ouvrir la porte pour les gens mais c’était assez aléatoire (voir quasiment inexistant). Le refill du café n’est pas systématique, il faut le demander. Sauf un hôtel affiche une chambre à 5000 dh la nuit, tu ne t’attends pas à devoir quémander le café. On ne parle pas du checkout. Le personnel de la réception est top. Mais autant à l’arrivée tu as quelqu’un pour porter tes valises, autant qu’au moment du check out, c’est le néant. Si ça arrive dans un hôtel 5 étoiles lambda, je n’aurais pas relevé , mais quand vous affichez un tel standing, c’est une pure déception.

A recommander..!! Surtout les villas face à la mer , le personnel est très serviables et souriants..!! Le meilleur emplacement ici au M’diq , choix des restaurants aussi ..! Quasiment la perfection..!!
