「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. Besonders hervorheben muss man aber die Abends SEHR laute Geräuschkulisse durch die Restaurants, wie schon jemand in einer vorherigen Bewertung erwähnt hat. Es ist wirklich bis etwa 2:00 Uhr Nachts laut. Damit muss man klarkommen. Fairerweise muss man aber sagen, dass es überall im Zentrum Abends sehr laut ist. "Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). No replace the bottle of waters. For the breakfast and front desk I think overall was pretty nice. Stella shows our room and give brief introduction about the hotels. The location is nice. "
