"The cottage was clean and bright. The location was convenient to many interesting towns and attractions and was in a safe and quiet area. The bonus was the sauna that was also very clean and enjoyed by both of us. This was not a 5 star hotel but a perfect place for us to celebrate our 40th Anniversary without the disturbances typically associated with a hotel. THANK YOU!!"

"Great experience; well-equipped and beautifully decked room. Some of the pieces were so unique and well-chosen. Bathroom was great too. Brandon was nice enough to provide us with suggestions for places to visit nearby. Breakfast options can be expanded but we didn’t mind that. Would definitely recommend."

"The pictures shown on the listing are exact. The place was cozy and clean with many amenities provided, which made the stay quite comfortable. This guest house in Kingston worked out great for our purposes. It was quite private and the greenhouse was a welcome entrance with the beautiful plants. "My GF and I usually stay closer to Tannersville but wanted to check out this area. This place was perfect. Room was cozy and the mini living room addition to room with a pullout couch made if feel more spacious. Bed was super comfortable and had antique feel of the furniture and house. the self serve (honor system) bar and array of board games made for a nice relaxing night in by the gas fire place. The coffee and grab and go fruit/snacks, muffins was timely and perfect for starting out our day....

"If you like traditional home you will love this spot. Comfortable bed, great shower, great coffee. However the room we booked was on the 2 nd floor. With no elevator might be a challenge to those with ambulatory issues. Not sure if any available rooms on the ground level . Also parking is in a lot down a steep hill … again not for an elderly couple. Homeowners could not have been nicer and were so helpful and kind on all issues"

"Very poor customer service! The owner wasn't friendly and helpful. I understand we are going through difficult times but if you don't know how to deal with the stress of the situation then close your business. I asked for hot water in a paper cup for a medication. The owner made a fuss about it. The TV in the room wasn't working the owner got frustrated after he found out. Go someplace else where they would appreciate your business."
