“It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give. But the complimentary breakfast they provide is excellent with a variety of dishes. That's one very good positive thing we noticed there. Otherwise it's a very……

“It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to……

“Weird noise vibrating the entire room and probably the building, did not let me sleep well. It was one of the 2nd worst hotel stay considering I travel worldwide and spend about 30-60 days in all kinds of hotels in all parts of the world. Managent tried to change my room but that did not help much. Sorry but it was not a good experience. Also, the entire building was smelling weird spice smell. ”

Although the hotel description mentioned an extra bed, only a mattress was provided without a blanket. Additionally, there were few restaurants and shops within walking distance, making dining options limited. On the plus side, Expedia/hotel Offer one free night at the end of our stay.”
