It is a nice property but very pricey I must say. service can be better, it took us some time at the reception. Also their cart service is very slow. Good and rooms are top notch.

There was leakage in the bathroom, which took about an hour to fix on our 2nd day. When I mentioned at the checkout- no concessions were to address. Food was great! India room tasting menu is not a tasting menu but just a lot of food!!

Our experience was not as expected because a/ we realized that we inadvertently had a duplicate booking through Expedia and the hotel did not accommodate our request to cancel one of them b/ the hotel price fluctuates from $750-$350, which to me is a very wide range. The night we stayed there, rooms were available for walk in at the lowest price. We felt like fools for planning and booking ahead and paying top end specially given it was for two rooms c/ the dinner in Aravalli Pavilion is quite substandard for a 5 star hotel. Overall, ITC Grand Bharat is a nice property. The rooms give a good heritage feel. The grounds are nice and staff is courteous. Breakfast in the ballroom was fresh and delicious. However, I would not recommend to check the price 2-3 days ahead given the price is dynamic and can vary significantly

Amazing experience

The stay was amazing and as the name says the property is GRAND. The hotel is clean and staff provides great hospitality. Recommended for stay though bit costly. Spent 2 days within the property, a fantastic leisure experience.

Worth a stay

Stay was amazing.Staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. I would like to thank Mr.amit and Miss.Mandakini for making our gazebo dinner worth remembering and serving us delicious food. The ambience was peaceful and beautiful.

Hospitality is average- staff is not aware of food details and something ignorant. They communicate wrong info also at times. Food is bad. Very few dishes were good- Mediterranean platter & whole wheat pasta to be precise. Rest everything was below average. Room interiors, size and the palace feels of the property are amazing.

A great destination, just about perfect!

It was a near perfect visit, the only problem being that we were so busy doing other things that we didn’t get to enjoy the property enough. The service was impeccable, the room was luxurious, the food delicious, and the grounds were just beautiful! And my wife loved the spa!

One of A Kind Experience

The Hotel Property is fabulous, what you see is what you get. Nice getaway, not crowded, has a very centring feel to it. The time spent the first day was excellent. However, for me the stay was very disappointing. One of a kind experience indeed. As much as the hotel is welcoming, the staff is uncoordinated. We faced difficulty in the telephone systems. The back office staff is not good, and my experience took a turn for the worst. Not enough ramps for wheelchairs / prams. I may never recommend this hotel as my experience in the end was very bitter.
