This is an average hotel but good for a day or two. Staff is great. Breakfast is catered mostly for nonWesterners but it was good. Conveniently located near Taoyuan Train Station

Nice location, friendly staff and clean room, overall it is value for money. The only drawback is that the soundproofing is not very good. I would come back again if I am visiting Taoyuan in the future.

Transportation is good for the area. Room is tiny, have cigarettes smell, you can hear next room people cough,. Mold on shower curtain, bathroom ceiling and around the bath tub. Breakfast is good. Staff is nice and friendly.

During my stay at Hotel 綺樂文旅, I encountered several issues that made my experience less than satisfactory: 1. **Hygiene Concerns:** The bathtub had visible black mold around its edges, which was both unpleasant and concerning. 2. **Noise Disturbances:** The room offered no soundproofing whatsoever, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Conversations from neighboring rooms and the hallway were uncomfortably loud. 3. **Breakfast Area Hygiene:** I was shocked to see cockroaches crawling on the wall, raising serious concerns about cleanliness standards. 4. **Location Challenges:** The hotel is situated next to 中國城夜總會

Loved the location of this hotel. The hotel itself was very old and the rooms are outdated and dirty. Bedsheets and towels are also very old. The room smells like mold and there is black mold growing in the bathroom. Bathroom looks like it is not cleaned properly. I would only recommend if you don’t care about cleanliness.

Airport Shuttle: there is a bus service to the Airport. A/C: Individual A/C in each guest room instead of central system. You have better temperature & air flow control. Room cleaning service is good and in timely manner. Staffs are very professional and willing to help. Near the Train station & MRT.

Hotel building is aged but staff did great job keeping it clean but next blocks sewers smell awful. A bit of language barrier but figured things out for what we needed. Great breakfast items served daily. The thin young man with glasses at front desk was great, speaking English well and friendly absolutely adding extra comfort. Highly recommended.

The property is very ideal for tourists looking to explore outside of Taipei. It is near the train and bus stations. The buffet breakfast is very good. Downside is whenever we go back to our room after a tiring day, the room smells like smoke or cigarrette. Not sure where it is coming from since we are in a non-smoking room.
