「The river view was nice, and the room was set up in a nice, inviting way. The walls are very thin, and we could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us talking and doing other things. No microwave in the room we were in. Close to lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is OK, free parking on the street is just as convenient at the valet parking, the valet parking offers no additional security for your vehicle. Front desk people super nice. Feels weird...

「Great old building and prime location. Big comfortable room. Opportunity for improvement: missing build in bedside lamp, partially blocked sink drain, no soap/shower gel.」

「First off this is a OLD motel. Our room smelled like it had a sewer leak. The pillows are a flat as pancakes, and they only put two in a room. We could not even close the bathroom door because the floor rubbed the bottom so hard. The columns supporting the second floor overhang are extremly rotten. We will NEVER stay there again. I would rather sleep in the car.」

「They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

「Had a lovely stay in the standard king room. Room is very spacious and clean. The bed - though a bit too soft for me was cozy, with really great quality sheets. The location can’t be beat with walking distance to the beach and one block from coffee shops and restaurants. Dog friendly rooms came with bowls and even a treat for our dog! The breakfast basket is such a nice treat. Would stay here again and again.」
