"I came in before scheduled check in to see if by chance there was a clean room. There wasn't, but the front desk agent was very kind and as I sat in the lobby would give me updates. She also apologized like it was her fault I was early. So kind!"

"Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Really good value overall. Note they don’t necessarily provide kitchen amenities even though there’s a kitchen - they expect you to travel with pots and pans I suppose. But this is an issue with the chain in general. Only certain limited locations provide kitchen utensils and pans. Most don’t. Nonetheless, still a nice hotel and a good value. Just a weird business model. "

"Staff was very friendly, and very accommodating. Pool was fun, hot tub nice and hot, and breakfast was hot, fresh, and different each day. The breakfast staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to refill food. Will definitely be staying again!!!"
