You are allowed to use the first floor apartment, the assigned parking, as well as the backyard.
Other things to note
Parking:
Two assigned parking spots on the left side of the driveway. Cars cannot be parked overnight on the street from 2:30 AM to 5:30 AM. If you have a third car you will need to park in one of the towns public parking lots.
