"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "We loved staying here, the staff made us feel very welcome and were quick to help us out. This is a great place for staying if you want to stay around the villa and relax, there is no need to leave the villa while you are there. If you want to go out you can access a driver through the villa staff. "
