Arrived 25 min early and completed the check-in process but had to wait for the room. When returned there was a long check-in line but eventually the staff got someone to distribute the keys to those waiting for their room.

First class Hotel. Stylish, modern & very clean. Check in was quick & room lovely. We booked just 30 minutes before we checked in due to a problem with our original accommodation falling through & staff were very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
