「We liked the location and the historic nature of the hotel, but very basic accommodations, our shower was luke warm to cold at best, but the staff was very helpful and tried to make things right at the end of our stay.」

「I had a terrible experience staying at the Red Lion in Kansas City. The hotel was dirty from the moment I walked in. The hallways had a strong unpleasant smell, and the room was not clean at all. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing and nothing like I expected. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but this property failed in that regard. I would not recommend staying here...

「Made a reservation through Expedia, and because we had a late arrival (3am) they canceled our reservation without notice. Once we got to the hotel they told us that they canceled because we didn’t pay online since we chose the pay at property option and they had high demand and they were booked out. After discussing they gave us the option to get a room (now they had availability) but for double the price. Scammers」

「Gave 3 stars instead of one all because of the very nice and helpfull front desk associate, Angelo. Rest of staff could learn from him. Room kept losing power, breaker issue. Very inconvenient. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was rude.」
