Had a great stay at the Hyatt Place. Very clean, updated rooms. It was a pleasure. Highly recommend.....

The hotel staff is friendly; however, they have not been particularly helpful when responding to questions regarding the rooms, as staff members often seem unsure of the answers. I also found some interactions with the housekeeping staff to be less courteous than expected. Additionally, there appears to be a language barrier with some members of the housekeeping team, which can make communication difficult.
