“1) Make sure the AC works (room 230 didn't work properly. It stayed in the 75 degree range). 2) Make sure the ice machines work (2nd floor ice machine did not work). 3) If you advertise a hot tub please have one available. (It looks like the one area where a hot tub was supposed to be is permanently covered). 4) The elevator sounds like it need some work (Gear grinding noise going up and down, possible safety hazard? ). 5) Overall, the place looks and is rundown and not well kept 😑! “We arrived Friday night for a weekend stay. The last working Friday night was great! Saturday morning we had a request and Anthony helped us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our situtation. Can’t thank him enough. The breakfast attendant didn’t get her name but she was the sweetest. Overall the staff 10/10. The hotel was clean, we’d stay here again.”

“Excellent stay. My only real complaint was the complimentary breakfast. The OJ was watered down. It didn't taste good. The eggs were flavorless and soggy. And there wasn't enough seating. There wasn't an open table to sit when I ate breakfast. But other than that the stay was very good. Clean room, nice staff, plenty of parking.”

“Rented it for our HVAC installer and his help for the week. They said it was very nice, beds were comfortable and it was clean. Also having a full kitchen was a huge plus and not to mention the nice pool to cool off after working in the heat all day.”

“The room was very dirty, we came late so we just dealt with it, but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the hard floor had not been mopped or swept in a long time, and the tub was peeling paint badly. The air conditioning also didn’t stay on and we had to keep getting up through the night to turn it back on.”

“Room was pretty dirty. I also was supposed to have one king size bed and they gave me a queen. There was stuff splattered all over the walls and hair left all in the shower. Carpets were covered in what looked like carpet powder. Could definitely use an update. Also breakfast was very scarce. They had a waffle maker and some cereal/ fruit / yogurt.”

“We stayed at the end of their season. The staff was friendly and fun. The bed was great and it was a one of a kind experience. Thank you Willow (cook) for the dinner, it was delicious. The swimming hole, though cold was so much fun and freeing. The Labyrinth needed some trimming to be more easily utilized. The artist porch was fun. “Our floor smelled awful as soon as we got off the elevator. Luckily, the room didn't have the same smell. But the a/c filter needs to be cleaned as our allergies were out of control while in the room. They also ran out of pillows so our son had to use an extra blanket for a "pillow". One of our tvs never even worked. And while I understand the time zone issue, most people stay at this hotel to go to Holiday World. So it would be more customer friendly if their breakfast went until at least 10……
