「Gute Erreichbarkeit mit mehren Strassenbahnlinien, u a die 16 zu Messe und z Hauptbahnhof. Perfekte Organisation, zumindest für solche, die nicht unbedingt einen persönlichen Kontakt brauchen. Für den Schlüssel-Code beim Eingangstor benötigte ich nachts eine Lampe ( Handy), um richtig zu tippen. Nachbarhaus wird gerade renoviert, aber keinerlei störenden Lärm oder Schmutz. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind zu bemängeln - die Türöffnung über eine APP hat nicht funktioniert, aber nette Anwohner haben uns die Tür geöffnet - in der Küche fehlt ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. 「Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Schön gelegener Balkon, der allerdings über einen Heizkörper hinweg zu betreten war. Ältere Mieter könnten hier Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Bei offenem Fenster darf man keinen leichten Schlaf haben, weil die Kirchturm ganz in der Nähe alle 15 min läutet. Modern eingerichtet, die Küche aber recht minimalistisch. Zum Beispiel hätten wir uns eine Kanne gewünscht, um mal einen Tee kochen zu können. Die Messer stylisch, aber leider etwas unpraktisch. Vorn so spitz, daß man...
