To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant.

“I will just suggest a few things to improve the property. First would be a grab bar for the shower. It’s very high up and a bit slippery. The towels need to be upgraded. The black ones were not good. Also, a safety latch on the interior for the entry door would make it more secure. Otherwise, it’s a cute place !”

“As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad).
The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down.
