Across the road from the beach and playground, comfortable two-bedroom upstairs Papamoa Beach holiday unit for up to 4 guest, with WIFI and a Smart TV.
(Bottom unit permanently tenanted) Could accommodate a 5th person on a rollaway bed.
Open-plan living, all that you need for a relaxed stay, BBQ, large north facing deck and fenced court yard with plenty of room to relax.
Papamoa Beach is just across the road, which is patrolled during the summer, spend your days in the sun and surf and strolling along the white sandy beach.
Two minute stroll to the local shops and cafes for your daily coffee or glass or two.
Papamoa Plaza 6km away, Bayfair Shopping Centre 13km away, main Mount Maunganui 19km away. Drive or take the bus as the Bus stop is literally at your door step
Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, bedroom 2 is fitted with 1 king single and 1 single bed. New carpet and drapes fitted throughout November 2021.
Bathroom has a separate shower and bath and a separate toilet. Off street parking available on own driveway.
All linen provided, just bring your clothes.

Bed aeay from home
Was in Papamoa to help son do work around house in prep to sell . So needed a bed that was comfortable. It was very comfy. However the batteries in both tv and heatpump remotes were dead. And there was no mention of 2 story steps that had to be climbed in the dark hours, As ive not long had 2 knee replacements. Was not what i wanted to see at 12.00 at night . But was beautiful and clean. Warm once we got batteries for heater

Was handy few restaurants and Pubs were just around the corner and supermarket. Some maintenance needs done outside area otherwise it’s a great place good view from the rooms.

a light sunny spot
an older place. filled with light and sun on a good day. it was cold one night and we really needed an electric blanket.2 small things needed are a salt and pepper and a pot cleaner. otherwise very good will stay again if down that way..Great location with beach across the road and in some places a sea view.

Stayed here a few times and just a two minute walk to beach . It’s a oldish place but has all you need and a great view from the deck. People rent downstairs but they’re quiet and you have your own entrance . Place has new carpet and good tv with all the apps and heat pump. Will return again when I’m down this way.

Weekend stay
Needed a place to stay for the weekend in tauranga to watch my daughter play at the condour 7s and this place was available. Just perfect for us very clean and tidy real close to the beach away from the busy area in mt maunganui and only 20mins drive to the fields the games were held. Would definitely stay here again when we are back in tauranga.

Nice and tidy .
The property was lovely and tidy thankfully the bed was super comfortable. I have a really bad back issue so the bed is always a concern when I travel. I always take my own pillow as well so overall a lovely week the only thing that did bug me was the traffic volume but then you can't have everything.

This property has been decorated and is located on the top story of a house. It has everything you need, kind of like a house away from home. The beds were comfy and linen really nice and new. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this house to others.

Delightful Papamoa gem!
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place and delighted with the extras provided- beach towels, bathroom products, nespresso pods, streaming site access and much more. Beds were very comfy, shower was great and the kitchen facilities were everything we needed and more. It was an even lovelier bach and location than we expected! The view from the deck is wonderful and we spent many meal times enjoying the view of the sea. In total there was nothing that we were disappointed with! Thank you so much Sonya and Graham for providing us with the perfect home for my mum and I to have a wee getaway. We are very grateful for the memories you helped us to create with the home you provided :)
