"You don't check in on property, you have to go to a completely different location to check in. The elevator in the building I was in wasn't working so being on the 4th floor was a chore. There was all kinds of random trash all over the property that no one bothered to pick up until after I said something. The pool bar and restaurant automatically charged a built in gratuity to each bill. A $10'frozen margarita ending up costing almost $16. Will not be returning"
