Royal Pool T2 by YHA is a holiday apartment located on the ground floor of the prestigious Royal Cabanas Golf condominium in Conceição de Tavira. Ideal for families or small groups, it combines comfort, space and leisure, with the added benefit of direct access to the shared swimming pool from its outdoor patio.

The apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms — one of them en suite — and a spacious, bright living and dining area with a television and access to the outdoor space. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. The living room also includes a sofa bed, allowing additional guests to be accommodated depending on the booking arrangement.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay and includes a refrigerator and coffee machine, among other equipment and utensils. The apartment also offers a washing machine, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

The private patio is one of the property's main highlights. It is ideal for outdoor dining, making use of the barbecue facilities and enjoying direct access to the condominium's shared outdoor swimming pool. The landscaped surroundings provide a pleasant setting in which to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the area.

The location is particularly convenient for golf enthusiasts, with Benamor Golf Course approximately 1.2 km away. Cabanas Beach is around 1.5 km away. To reach the beach on the barrier island, visitors usually take a boat from the Cabanas waterfront beside the Ria Formosa. Tavira town centre is only a short drive away, and Faro Airport is approximately 51 km from the property.

Bed linen and towels are provided by the company. For stays of 14 nights or more, one complimentary mid-stay clean is included, with a change of bed linen and towels. For shorter stays, a mid-stay clean can be requested for €30, subject to availability and provided it is requested before check-in.

A baby cot can be requested in advance for €25 per stay, subject to availability. A high chair costs €15 per stayand must also be requested in advance.

Smoking indoors and pets are not permitted. Parties and events are not allowed. Check-in is normally between 4 pm and 7 pm, and check-out is by 10 am.
