「The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. 「The property itself was great, very clean and tidy. Only comments would be that it lacks a few things i would normally expect to find in a short term holiday let viz. Info pack to include things like wifi details explanation of TV. Only one toilet roll for 2 wc's. Only 1 loo brush for 2 wc's. Just minor details which if attended to would make it perfect.」
