「So the owner did make a mistake and forgot about our booking, meaning when we arrived the room wasn't ready and took over an hour before we could check in.However I respect that the host did what she could to quickly rectify the situation and partly refunded our payment.The unit is clean, spacious and great for a small family or couple to stay.」

Josie was very good at communicating with guest and that was highly appreciated as we had a hot water issue as the heater was not functioning properly which left us with cold water only.
