“Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Morag and Davey were wonderful hosts with a beautiful home. Morag making sure I was happy and making a beautiful cooked breakfast every day I was there. Davey even reinflated my tyre with his tractor so I could get my car to the local tyre fitting place. The room was very comfortable, warm and had everything I needed for a very enjoyable 3 night stay for snowboarding at Glenshee, which is only 15 minutes up the road. “The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. “Un hôtel particulier raffiné tenu par un couple adorable et accueillant. Tout est beau, typique de la classe britannique. La maison est spacieuse, cosy, la chambre magnifique. Tout est préparé avec soin. Le jardin est très mignon. L'hôtel est bien placé, près de plusieurs restaurants. Parking pratique privé. Petit déjeuner délicieux, typique écossais avec des produits de qualité, tellement bien cuisiné. Petit coup de coeur pour leurs deux chats magnifiques et accueillants. Une adresse à garder.……

“Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
