Staff unable to solve a simple problem and kept dragging and delaying a situation that should have taken 5-10 minutes to solve. Maybe I am used to USA where customer service, employee initiative and empowerment is valued. Employees at this hotel were unable to take ownership of a straight forward problem (to change my reservations from 20-20 to 18-20, when plenty of rooms were available according to their own word. Besides this inability to solve this simple problem, the hotel is not to my taste. It seems it was designed by kindergarten children, making the room more suitable for children. I also found simple things as enough hangers, place to hang towels, unable to move desk chair due to lack of space. So after getting thoroughly frustrated at hotel inability to change dates, we moved out to cheaper hotel at 1/3 the cost and never felt inconvenienced at our new, cheaper hotel. Ended up losing all our money, since we had to depart sooner
