Excellent location next to the Opera theater and close to the Tbilisi Conservatoire. Very central but quiet due to the windows facing a green inner courtyard. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Well equipped bathroom. David, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Upon request, he cooked a tasty dairy free breakfast for us and delivered it to the room in the morning. Highly recommended - I'll be happy to come back!”

He responded - not on the app - but on text, after many failed attempts to reach the owner stating that the property is “under construction”. My family of six was left stranded at midnight in Tbilisi.
