We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible experince,after 2 hous we took bcak our packages from his car,and take taxi to Tbilisi ROOMS HOTEL . We think the hotel's driver have problem,the hotel should help us solve the prblem.But when we arrive at the Tbilisi Hotel,the stuff looked very lack of patience.The hotel's manager let us wait 4 hours in the lobby ,he rung up drver and knew the details .He knew the driver rip off on the road, but the rude manager didn't think itis his hotel's driver's fault .In his opinion it is nothing,maybe foreign toursits should help Georgian . We do not come back to Georgia .

Great property and pretty nice staff. Convenient location with comfortable rooms. The staff is also helpful in most instances. My only feedback is that in the evening the lobby bar turns into a bar open to the public. It is very trendy and hotel guests are not prioritized for service. We waited 45 minutes for a drink. Was never served because we gave up on waiting. Staff was not helpful in resolving this waiting issue.

My favourite neighbourhood in Tbilisi. Easy to get to different neighbourhoods. The hotel and room is very stylish and clean. This hotel is bigger tha the hotels I usually choose to stay. So I missed proactive personal touch from the hotel staff as I met new staff everyday during my 3-night stay. The hotel will get a bakery later this year. This will maybe make the place even better.

This is my second stay at Rooms Hotel, Tbilisi. I visit Georgia often and this brand can do no wrong, I love the place and will definitely return. All the staff were exceptional from the bell boys to reception. Restaurant team super helpful too. Room was great, nice amenities, thoughtful mini bar selection and the decor is cool with great music and art everywhere. Great central location. I will be back as soon as I can! I’ve also stayed at Rooms Kazbegi and looking forward to trying their other hotels.

Mooi design maar niet echt praktisch voor business
Mooi hotel met zeer goeie service. Lekker eten en fijn uitgebreid ontbijt . Mooi design maar dit design vond ik niet zo praktisch in gebruik. De lichtknoppen duren een eeuwigheid eer je alle lichten uit hebt. En je moet ze ook echt allemaal aan steken want het is erg donker in de kamer, zowel overdag als ‘s avonds . Vooral in de badkamer is meer licht welkom. Je kan je er nauwelijks opmaken met het weinige beschikbare licht. Om die reden zal ik volgende keer niet meer terugkomen .

Very bad experience
I picked this hotel only because I had a very good experience in rooms hotel Kazbegi. But service of rooms hotel in Tbilisi was very bad. 1. I asked to send 2 towels and 2 bottle of water to my room. But this never served. (22nd, Dec, around 5:30pm) 2. When I had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant, the waiter was unfriendly in general (except the restaurant front lady manager). Even the staff who checked out my bill, he left my receipt without looking at my table. So I received the receipt on the floor. Do I have to take this..? 3. This one is I'm not sure that if the hotel was fully booked or staff's preference. But I got the most far room from the elevator. At first, I thought this was okay but after experience above service, now I kinda think this might be racism from the staff. The front staff was also not friendly at all. I met wonderful people and good experience in Tbilisi. But only thing that I regret is stayed at the rooms hotel.

I stayed in Rooms for a trip that was a mix of work and fun. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a fantastic neighbourhood, full of vintage and ceramics shops and some lovely restaurants and cafes. The rooms were well-designed (though I would make sure your room is not on the part of the 1st floor which is above the bar) and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

My third stay at this hotel and likely the last one. Info regarding the free parking (or any kind of parking) is false. Two days in a row no spaces available and attendant at the entrance told me to find parking in the street which always is a challenge. At the breakfast only sits that provide some sort of privacy are only for two and when I tried to join two tables that were one foot apart hostess told me that it is “a law” not to do so. Ended up sitting in the area with the high traffic and hearing loud (and not very pleasant) conversations from the nearby table. Overall hotel has nice ambiance and great location. It is disappointing that some of the stuff needs training to be up to the standard.

Quaint boutique hotel in Tbilisi
Heard so much about this Hotel before our visit to Tbilisi . We love unique architectural buildings , so not disappointed. However , sometimes certain beautiful objects can be not too practical as a hotel ; like the glass jar with heavy lid in the bathroom . When we checked in , the bathroom was with a peculiar smell … we opened the window and informed the front desk

Stylish hotel in a convenient location in Tbilisi. Large and comfortable room and gorgeous common areas. Breakfast was full of options and delicious. Great restaurant and bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would easily give the maximum mark to the hotel if it was not for the bad Wi-Fi in the room (really slow). Also, our room was in the first floor (room 126) and a bit noisy (partly due music coming from the bar downstairs).

This property is so confusing. Is it trying to be a party hotel or an upscale boutique hotel? Seems to have elements of both which can be a little confusing if you are looking for the latter. If you are sensitive to sounds, this place is for sure not for you between the activity across the street or the lack of sound insulation on the doors.

Very well kept and clean. Fantastic staff. Great room. I didn't like the heavy beating music late in the evenings during the week when I had work the next day. It could be heard in my room on the 5th floor.
