Enjoy the large glass sliding doors that completely open up for easy indoor-outdoor living with a full-size deck running along the front of the house. There is a large lawn fully fenced with plenty of room for boats and parking and the odd tent or two (approval required).
Walk-in Chiller for your game fishing needs (Please enquire) and an outside fish cleaning area for your use.
Nearby are the Waihau Bay Store (All basic supplies, ice, bait and fuel), and the Waihau Bay Lodge (bar and restaurant). Walk the beautiful Oruaiti Beach 100 meters away, a great place to swim, snorkel or fish off the shore.
