「Good location. Clean room. Outdated fan heater was too loud to hear the TV. Bathroom fan was also very loud The movie we selected on TV stopped halfway through. Couldn't get it going again」

「Room was very nice and warm. Lovely bed & pillows. Very quiet too. We were seriously disappointed with the television setup and also having no access to any Sky channels. I have travelled extensively internationally & throughout New Zealand - this is the first hotel I have stayed at where there is no standard access to local channels. Most of the Samsung channels provided are meaningless and not worth viewing - I find such a setup to be convoluted & not customer friendly.」

「Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. 「This is a very perfect mansion which is both classic and modern. I’m surprised that even the towels are put on a heating rack. We love the food a lot, both dinner and breakfast. Fresh ingredients and nicely cooked by the host! Host is very nice and introduced us to sheep feeding. Thanks for lending us a HDMI cable as well since our laptop’s monitor is not functioning well and we need to connect it to the TV.」
