“Got great communication prior to arrival. Asst. Mgr, Carissa, showed up with a welcome package and contact info. She was great with all questions. We did have a hot water issue, but Asst. Mgr. got right on it & had us back up & running in a very timely manner.4 stars because nobody gets a 5. Would give 4 1/2 if that were an option.My wife & I had our two dogs (a Toller & a Malinois) & decided it my be a bit cramped if it were 4 people there. But then, we do pack anything we feel we'll need……

“The cabin was clean, quaint and quiet. However, the main reason we booked the cabin in Dec was for the hot tub which was not functioning (60 degrees) and completely filthy. The rental representative tried to get it working and then sent maintenance the next day, and they were also unable to fix it. I would think the owners should insure all features are functioning prior to renting. In the end I was provided a refund of 1/3 the total rent for the weekend which I appreciated, but I would have……
