「I was moved to a lovely cabin because they overlooked that I had a pet in my reservation and had a “no pet” room for me. The cabin was great but clearly, they were not happy about having to make the change. To be clear, I requested nothing extra.」

「What I thought was going to be the highlight of my trip to Capitol Reef ended up being one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. I decided to splurge on this place for my one night there and had very high expectations. I drove several hours to get there, and arrived in the evening just before it got dark. When I got to the property, there was nobody around, no obvious way to check in, and no instructions anywhere. I was a bit confused on what to do and coincidentally ran into a couple...

「I loved this hotel! It was so clean. The view from my room was spectacular. There were so many nice amenities like cookies, caramels, coffee, etc. The check-in attendant was so welcoming. They had a very cute gift shop in the lobby. The artsy vibe of the hotel was so cool. The rooftop deck was great for relaxing after a long hike at Capital Reef. I will definitely be back to stay again.」
