"This sweet, beautiful cottage with fabulous views of the river and sunrises are incredible. Everything in this from the dishes to the furniture and window treatments was done very high-end. Even the mattresses are wonderful. You won't be disappointed."

"When you pull into the driveway and drive around the back of the house, nearly 360 degrees to the front door, you are wondering if you booked the right house. Upon entering the front door, you are pleasantly surprised by the open view of the entry, living room, kitchen and dining area with the view of Narragansett Bay, Hog and Prudence Islands. The generous outdoor deck has comfortable seating for 6 adults with other chairs available if needed. The outdoor grill at one end of the deck works well and is easy to use including the built-in ignition button which was a pleasant surprise.The primary bedroom with en-suite bath, on the second floor, has an even more expansive view. On a clear day you can easily see the city of Providence. The bath is well appointed and had the same shampoo and cream rise that we use at home. The kitchen has just about everything you might want in your own kitchen. The stove is induction which we found a pleasant experience to use. There are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, Including wine glasses, and flatware. The refrigerator can dispense water and ice from its front door. And the dishwasher worked without any issues. The two main level bedrooms are generous with queen beds and a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms as well as the living room has air conditioning.The house’s manual has a wealth of information for area restaurants and activities. Steph and Jeff are great hosts. We would definitely rent this house again."

"We loved our trip to Portsmouth! The house is in a great location with easy access to Tiverton, Bristol, Middletown and Newport. Our dog especially loved the beach just down the steps from the back door each morning"

"This was a great modern property that was extremely clean and family/dog friendly. You can tell the owners have paid great attention to detail, including fresh flowers, to make it a great stay for guests. It was walkable to restaurants and an easy drive to all our favorite coastal towns. It was easy to find and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend getaway. Being at the beach, if you’re going to be there more than a long weekend it would be a good idea to pack some extra clothes and towels until this cozy cute new property has a washer and dryer up and running. The rear yard is not fully fenced so that you do have a water view in the back over a hedge row. If your dogs are escape artists, you’ll want to make sure to bring a lead. We had a great stay and recommend it!"

"Excellent communication with very easy check in and check out process. House was clean and tidy. Big bedrooms and easily sleeps 6 adults. Huge fenced yard with grill made it easy to cook in. Extra camp chairs on porch and nice patio set out back. Only negative was only having one bathroom for a three bedroom house but we made it work….. and it was clearly listed as one bathroom. Had a great stay."
