「Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

「This is the perfect hotel for a short-stay! The room I received was on the tiny side, super compact but designed in a way where it's helpful for guests. Tons of hanging hooks and the bed is lifted up so that you can fit two carry-ons right underneath. There isn't much space to walk around in the room so it's more suitable if you are on-the-go and just resting at the hotel at night time. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. 「Innerhalb des Hotels waren die Räumlichkeiten und das Spa sehr gut. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Umgebung ist ein Hafen/Industriegebiet, also spazieren am Abend eher nicht. Das Zimmer selber war sehr dunkel gehalten und eher klein dimensioniert.」

「We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. 「The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad).」
