No smoking and parties: We want to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all of our guests, therefore smoking in the apartment and organizing parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance, a $500 surcharge will be applied to cover the costs of cleaning and restoring the space.
Pool and BBQ area: Our building has a swimming pool and a barbecue area available for the enjoyment of our guests. However, due to demand and limited capacity, availability is required in advance.
