“Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.”

“Eravamo 2 adulti e un ragazzo, divano letto non era preparato, il receptionist mi dice che dobbiamo fare noi il letto! E sottintende anche che per il prezzo, cosa ci aspettiamo?! Lenzuola per fare il letto sporche e bucate. Divano pieno di buchi sulla spalliera.
