“Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. No decent sandy beach nearby, closest is playa Bastian and it’s very small with no facilities or showers to……

“The room were clean, spacious with high ceiling, beautifully designed. The staff has a personal attention to make your trip enjoyable, with a tasty breakfast tailored each day, commendable attention to details and warm welcoming presence. no negative notes.”

“We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from……

“Very tired property, needs upgrading, not that clean, cockroaches! ”

“Pools and rooms were clean. A lot of the pool loungers were broken but ample and the rooms were not soundproof at all. Housekeeping were very good and attentive. The food however, was not good at all. Beans at breakfast were like cold pebbles, the chocolate sauce for pancakes was more like chocolate water. For dinner, unless you like cold pasta or lots of seafood I wouldn’t recommend.”

“A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. ”

“Nos alojamos en la suite 5 y nos encantó: es muy amplia, luminosa y decorada con mucho gusto. Además, tiene acceso directo a la piscina. La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. “Hotel parfaitement situé. Très agréable. Parfaitement entretenu. Personnel agréable et attentif. Pour les séjours en hiver, il manque une piscine intérieure chauffée et espace Spa (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi) mais ce n'est pas la vocation de ce lieu je pense. Ce qui existe est déjà top.
