Hello, dear guest, here is some information about our holiday rental. The holiday rental is located on the upper floor of an Art Nouveau villa built in 1903. Our in-house water system features a “Grander water revitalisation system.” The property was completely renovated between 2012 and 2015 and is available for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday in our home. Our house is situated directly on the bike path (Lake Constance–Königssee Bike Path) in a very quiet yet central location with a beautiful view of the “Hochstaufen, Zwiesel, and Teisenberg” mountains. This is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding swimming lakes, going on hikes, bike rides, and mountain tours, as well as for day trips to Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall, or Königsee. The town centre, with its shops and several restaurants, is just a 5-minute walk away. An in-house shuttle service to the train station or airport is available by prior arrangement. We also offer a parking space in the carport right next to the house. Additionally, there is storage space for bicycles and strollers. Our Art Nouveau villa is a smoke-free property! Pets are not allowed. Furthermore, we would like to point out that we rent our holiday apartment exclusively to holidaymakers/guests (no construction workers)!
Exclusive, fully furnished apartment with a kitchen-diner, dining area, a living room, and a separate bedroom—each with a double bed, one of which also includes a single bed. It also features two balconies (east and south), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet, hair dryer, stereo system, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Included are: all utilities (electricity, etc.), towels, bed linens, toiletries, final cleaning, and applicable sales tax. Carport right next to the house; non-smoking property! Bookings for 3 or more nights are available upon request; we also offer a discount for long stays of 9 nights or more.
