「Possibly the friendliest and most attentive reception staff ever!! Especially Daniele the reception manager. So welcoming and nothing too much trouble We were recommended to stay in a room with balcony as largest room available. The beds is super king and seriously comfortable with really good quality beddings and soft fluffy large bath towels too. 「The room is small and compact, but everything in the room is well organized and with high quality. I like the salon level hair drier. It should be a very pleasant stay if the bike thing didn't occur. I borrowed the bike from the hotel, and ride it to the bus station where I took the bus for one day Dead Sea tour. 「The hotel staff are nice and very helpful. Bedroom and bathroom are clean. Hot shower all the time and good flush. Good and quiet airconditioning, heat or cool. Walking from the hotel, 5 mins to Carmel market and some great breakfast restaurants along the Allbeny street, 10 to 15 mins from big supermarkets, 20 mins to Central bus station(5 mins by taxi) where you can take sheruts or bus to Jerusalem and buy local data simcards with good price.
