Disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the neighborhood was sort of dumpy. The building doesn't look at all like the picture. We were supposed to be greeted by a "friendly" staff, but he was sort of dour. Our apartment door was actually facing an outdoor courtyard. There were a couple of flies in the room. It just wasn't a great experience. Our apartment was on the ground floor and people walking past our apartment could be easily heard in the middle of the night. I would suggest avoiding this place.

Die Lage ist nicht gut, besonders bei der Dunkelheit. Viele Drogenzüchter laufen herum. Man muss einige hundert Meter laufen, um Stadtleben zu finden. Kleine Badetücher mussten ins Zimmer bestellt werden, die waren nicht da als wir eingecheckt haben. Trinkglässer gab es auch nicht. Personal war allerdings sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Don’t believe the good reviews from JL Tel Aviv Center. We didn’t get the room we had reserved and were charged for, and the manager agreed to give us a 1 night credit if we would write 2 good reviews online. He didn’t give us the credit, and reneged on his promise. Now we know how this place got good reviews—he bribed the customers. Don’t trust his promises—they are worthless. JL Tel Aviv Center isn’t a hotel—it is an apartment house with no services at all, in a terrible portion of Tel Aviv far from any interesting places you want to go to or see. There aren’t any places to eat nearby. You can eventually get to a location with restaurants, but it isn’t easy. The area seems to be full of small fabric stores, but nothing else. Tel Aviv is a beautiful city, but you wouldn’t know it if you stay here.

Not good value for money

When we booked our accommodation for the week in tel aviv, we especially chose a 60 m2 apartment with two beds hoping for a bit of luxury and comfort. When we arrived we received an approximately 30 m2 apartment with one 120cm wide bed and a foldable extra bed (not very comfortable), stained sofa, big yellow stain on the bedroom wall, and a bathroom that smelled of sewer and had mold in the seams of the shower walls... The staff was friendly but did not react at all when I mentioned that this was not what we had expected and payed for. And being overly polite Finns we did not want to argue... During the week there was no cleaning service and we only got one towel each, there was no kitchen towel or hand towel. There was also a huge party in the hotel apartment next door all night so I had to get out of bed and go tell the 8-10 people to turn down the music. They were also smoking all night in the apartment that was auöposed to be non smoking and only meant for 2-3 people. So all in all the hotel did unfortunately not live up to the standard that you normally get for the price of 100 euro/night. The good thing though was the location and closeness to walk everywhere in Tel Aviv.

Pas très bonne surprise

Tout commence bien, la communication par l'appli Hotels.com marche bien. Arrivant à 1h du matin, je suis informé de la procédure d'arrivée à savoir, le code de la porte d'entrée et le numéro de chambre occupée. En revanche, personne ne sera là pour m'accueillir mais la porte est ouverte et les clés derrière celle-ci. Une fois arrivé je n'ai pas trouvé la clé comme prévu. De plus je m'aperçois qu'il n'y a pas de gel douche et shampoing. Enfin, je trouve des poils/cheveux et des cils dans les draps. J'ai donc appelé la personne avec qui j'étais en contact qui s'étonne que je n'ai pas les clés derrière la porte... pas rassurant. Pour le gel douche, le distributeur est cassé et il m'invite à regarder sous l'évier pour voir les bidons de gel douche/shampoing. Malheureusement je ne trouve que celui du shampoing. Il m'invite donc a entrer dans une autre chambre pour prendre le gel et que le lendemain tout sera fixé. Le lendemain j'ai donc prit une douche avec deux bidons de 3L à côté dans une douche assez petite... pas très confortable. En ce qui concerne les poils et cils, mon interlocuteur m'informe que les draps sont changés mais qu'il peut rester des fois même après le lavage. J'ai pourtant pas eut de mal à les retirer avec la main... Le lendemain, les draps ont été changés, il m'a été confié une clé de la chambre et un distributeur de gel m'a été fourni (sur deux...). Enfin j'ai vu des cafard dans la douche à plusieurs reprise. Dommage car le reste était bien (localisation).

דירה נוחה.. רק הלינה בקומה שניה קצת בעייתית.. בגלל תקרה מאד נמוכה ומזגן מאד קרוב..הורדנו את המיטה הנוספת לסלון. נקי מאד.. יחסית קרוב ליפו ומרכז תל אביב.. ריהוט חדש! רק חבל שהגג לא מספיק נקי ומתוחזק.. בסך הכל נהננו מאד! תודה רבה!

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für drei Personen und acht Nächte gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt in Florentine. In direkter Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Gegend ist zwar etwas dreckig aber wir fühlten uns auch nachts dort sicher. Zur Rothschild Boulevard und zum Strand kann man laufen. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Service von unserem Host Charles. Er war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Danke/thank you Charles!

We have rented an apartment here for 13 days, to enjoy a wonderful holiday, and of course also wanted to see a lot of Israël! Our time at JI Tel Aviv Center was very good! The employees are very friendly and want to help you with everything. In particular, we would like to thank Charles enormously for his good hospitality! This building also has a very beautiful roof terrace, where you can relax. Another nice side effect is that the Carmel market, old Jaffa and the beach are within walking distance. On the beach it is very good, in terms of facilities and it is clean and beautiful! We really enjoyed our holidays and we really recommend JI Tel Aviv Center to go!

The place is bright new and clean and the staff outrasgeously kind. The location itself is more of a comercial zone though a short walk to Florentin. The furniture, shower and linens are all very cozy! Our only comments during our stay is that it has a large glass door and gets very bright early in the morning and the second bed is in an open ended balcony with no guards or anything, so one has pay attention up there.
