A complete waste of time and money
I have booked a room for 2 brcause i had a training on 6 am and the hotel is near and i needed a good night sleep. I didn't get that,haven't slept for a minute. The room next to us were drunk teenagers,that partirf all night. The entire floor smelled of smoke,police were cslled by the hitel and did nothing. The hotel didn't offrt any compensation,not even a free breakfast,nada. The room with the drunks stayed after we left,so the hotel didnt even kicked them out. Also,because of the war there are many people there that were evacuated from yheir homes,older folks,they all complained as well. A hotel that cant dral with drunk visitors that disturb everybody else is not one that i will visit again. And about my training? Had to delay it ,too tired and cant make it.

The hotel was fine in all aspects, except no tissues in the bathrooms and they did not have any in the hotel to offer. They want to review of the hotel yeah yeah.

The hotel overall is good. Spa area, swimming pool and saunas maintained well and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel location is right across the construction cite , so it’s noisy. The most horrible part of my stay was that my hairdryer exploded in my arms. There was small fire , plastic smell and hot particles of plastic wend to my face. The hotel staff arrived to my room within 5 min and changed the hairdryer. They said that everything is ok now. No one asked about my condition.

Not going back.
Poor facilities for business travellers. Business lounge not accessible to bookings through this website (despite being advertised), and only open for a few, daytime, hours each day. Similarly, pool not available early or late. Staff generally seem efficient, though lacking any charm. I got a poor welcome at reception, and very rude treatment when I tried to use the pool (apparently no open, though doors open and no blocks to entry).

Lovely hotel in a great location, friendly staff, great facilities and good food. Unfortunately there is some local building work close to the hotel for a new metro line which caused some disturbance during the night - obviously this is beyond the hotel's control, and the NXY itself was excellent.

Modern hotel in a convenient spot in business area of Herzilya but also only a 15 min walk to the beach and marina. It was a good base for us close to local restaurants which weren't as touristy as the ones in the beach area. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as there were a few local options walking distance away. Overall the hotel staff were helpfull, however they do need to improve the housekeeping. We felt that the room cleanliness could be improved. The spa facilities, pool and gym were an added bonus, but again the cleanliness of poolside loungers can general tidiness could be improved

Overall my husband and i enjoyed our stay. The area was great, near the beach and many restaurants. We felt safe walking around. The staff were nice. Only thing was that the sheets were stiff. The sofa bed was dusty and the shower was not cleaned properly. There was soap scum on the walls and the floors were concerning and so we wore shower slippers when showering.

Very low hygiene level …
The location was super nice & also the facilities are very pleasant. But the staff was not cooperating, the cleaning was horrible & the reception reaction to our cleaning remarks was never passed to the cleaning staff , it looks like the Mangment is not a ware to the hygiene in the rooms . Bedsheets weren’t changed, filthy carpets & stained walls.

The hotel is new and very stylish. However, no room has any view- other than an awful loading area. The room is large and cosy, bathroom is excellent. Met Staff that was nice and cared, but there were also receptionist that simply said helping me to find Covid testing place, or taxi. That is disappointing in a $200 per night hotel, so should be concerning for the management.

I had a two nights stay in the hotel, I'm local so it's a stay to just clear the head not as a tourist. The location is decent, it's close to the Arena, and to done restaurants around. But it isn't by the beach or has some nice view of the city. Less traffic is found in this area. But i would consider the location as a tourist if it fits my needs. The hotel is very nicely decorated to my eyes, the black neat theme is superb at night, it has a nice patio with an olive tree inside. I had the "delux room", which was spacious enough, and fully equipped with what we needed. Cleanliness wasn't the best side of the hotel, the feeling was that somebody is doing this part fast. That's why I'm giving it 4/5. Mainly the lost start is on the cleanliness aspect

Very recomended hotel
Great hotel, very clean and comfort room, good breakfest, very nice spa. The hotel is in the center of herzeliya, near by everything you need. Tha parking is with money but you can pay just 45₪ in the hotel, witxh gives you free in & out all the time. I defenetly will come again
