"Everything is good. The hospitality, the staff…everything is good."

"Great location. Close to hospitals, corporate offices. Lots of eateries and shops near by. Sharath City mall 1km away. Good size, comfortable room. Housekeeping team very helpful. All staff were polite and helpful. Food from room service average. Breakfast buffet wasn't included. Decent spread. Sheets clean, comfy beds, towels had light staining. Pool was average, pool side not very inviting. Gym looked decent; didn't use it. "

"Room Service was bit lagging,staff at the breakfast are very kind and courteous but have few opportunities for the hotel room service to improve the service by replenishing the toiletries on the daily basis rather then reminding everyday to topup."

"Room service to be improved. Takes more time. I deposited key at reception to get the room cleaned. But room was not cleaned till my return in the late evening.rest all fine. "

"Royalton used to be great place to stay. Current management is very non-customer oriented. Increasing in cost, decreasing in service. Breakfast buffet far fewer items now. Though minibar indicated as included in price, alas, no minibar. Have to beg for towels. At least the long-time staff members still friendly, albeit being restricted by current management in assisting the guests. I miss the old Royalton of even just three years ago. "

"Lovely reception staff, very roomy comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely bed linen. "
