「Hotel é bom, quarto amplo, banheiro bom, colchão decente, WI-FI funcionando bem, estacionamento ao lado do hotel e gratuito. Atendimento é bom, mas a mulher, nem sempre está na recepção e tem de ligar pra ela, se não tiver um numero de telefone funcionando na Romênia, poderá demorar um pouco as vezes, mas no geral foi muito produtiva minha estadia lá.」

「Really good experience, nice rooms, good restaurant (including the breakfast), very nice spa and pool, personnel really polite and helpful. The only negative thing is that the kids room could have more toys and activities. It is a pity to have an entire room, but so few options for the kids. 」

「We had a wonderful time at Rizzo! Service was great and we got the best view of the mountains! It was just lovely waking up in the morning with that wonderful view. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful 👏 Breakfast is served outside on the terrace and you get a superb view whilst savouring your coffee. 「The owner and staff went above and beyond for our stay. We loved the view from our room and just simply opened the doors to let the clean mountain air in! They literally made us feel like we were family staying in their home. I would absolutely book this again and hope to book soon! Highly recommend and can’t say enough good things! And if you want an original Romanian experience and not some bougee accommodations this is it! Even our 13 year old loved it! 」
