"Desk clerks both check in and check out were top notch. Room was decent. Biggest issues were the bathroom was dirty, had bugs and someone's used soap out, my room was poolside and the screaming and music went on well past 10 pm and while this isn't on the facility there was apparently some parties going on because I had drunks bounce off my door a few times."

"We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life for a few days. We had to cut our stay one day short due to an unexpected surgery that was scheduled at the last minute. You have a very nice cabin!"

"I loved my stay here with gorgeous view of the blue ridge mountains, surrounded by trees. I loved breathing in the oxygen, slept on the super comfy bed with the door open to let in the clean air, and even did my laundry! The lightning bugs at night are super special, too. The jacuzzi was also a treat. Even driving through the area is fun! "

"Great stat love the staff very friendlh helpful had nice small pool outdoor facing rooms which i like. Nice 2 juice hot tea hot cofee muffins and cinnamon bun rolls prepackaged for breakfast. Reserved king smoking, called after reserved two double check King bed was available told it was drove 6 hours only to find out they can give me a king for one of the nights but they needed to have access to the room and paint it the next day so my option was that or staying in a double bed room smoking which worked but was very frustrating"
