The en suite Master bathroom has a stand alone soaking tub and a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Off street parking for one vehicle per unit is available. The Riverside Condos are close to all the fabulous outdoor activities our area has to offer. The Bear Creek Trail is literally steps away, and the free Gondola is around the block! Fly fishing is literally accessible right out the back door. Ski access is just a block down the River Trail to the base of Lift 8 and Station Telluride Gondola. You are sure to enjoy the beauty of Buena Vista at Riverside!

The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as the HOA determines them. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.
