As you head into the Ski Ranches, you're quickly greeted with a picturesque locals community. With winding roads, vast vegetation, and plenty of space between houses, the location ensures lots of privacy. The community, however, is not accessible by the Mountain Village car service, Dial-A-Ride, or the free gondola, so make sure you have transportation for the duration of your stay when choosing this optimal family oasis.

The open-concept living area is beautifully decorated complete with a custom, well-appointed kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a large, rustic dining table. There is a separate TV room and a large deck complete with a BBQ and several seating options, just in case you or your group would like to spend time outdoors. With a fresh, clean, rustic, farmhouse-chic vibe, the only trouble you may have with this property is having to leave.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
