Overlooking the Town of Telluride, the San Miguel River and the San Sophia Ridge, Riverside D203 could not be better situated for your Telluride Vacation Rental. The trailhead for Bear Creek is literally steps from your door. So close to the base of the gondola and Telluride's historic Main Street, this condo's location is guaranteed to be a family pleaser. The entry level has a King Master Suite with a large en suite bathroom and a large tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. The washer dryer is conveniently located on this level as well as a guest bathroom with a steam shower.

The upper floor has high ceilings with lots of natural light. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open to each other. The living room has a deck looking over the San Miguel River and the Town of Telluride. The fireplace will surely warm you on those cozy winter nights, or a chilly fall evening. Stay at Riverside D203 and it will be your forever Telluride vacation spot!

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee. Trip cancellation insurance is an inexpensive way to protect your vacation investment. Call your own agent or ask us for our Red Sky Travel Insurance plan.

The furniture and decor are dated, the porch and deck hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Easy to see that the people that cleaned and managed this unit didn’t care about keeping it in good shape. As a whole, the Riverside condos may need to be updated soon. If it wasn’t in Town of Telluride, I wouldn’t stay there at all.

Great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and gondola to Mtn Village. Nice mtn view from balcony. The property management company left a nice, unexpected goodie bag for us filled with a variety of things...nice touch. Bedrooms and kitchen a little tight, but, for a short stay, manageable. Both bedrooms & bathrooms are downstairs. Comfortable unit that met our needs. But, again, you can't beat the location.

We loved our getaway at the Riverside condo. It was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. I had the best morning coffee view of the beautiful mountains from the balcony. There is a great hiking trail practically right outside the door that can take you to a place called Little Hawaii Falls....breathtaking! It also is within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and the Gondola. I would highly recommend staying here.

This comfortable, clean and well equipped condo is in a great location along the river. Only a few short blocks away from the Gondola, restaurants and galleries - yet peaceful and with lovely views. The king bed in the master was especially comfortable and the upstairs common space ample. This property does not disappoint!

This was an excellent experience from booking to staying. The place was very clean, had a wonderfully stocked kitchen and close to everything. Bonus to have a parking space. Walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
