Welcome to Riverside Condos C102, a spacious two-bedroom condo overlooking the San Miguel River and perfectly positioned just steps from the Bear Creek Falls trailhead, Town Park, historic downtown Telluride, the free gondola, and Lift #8—placing hiking, dining, and skiing right outside your door.
Recently remodeled, Riverside Condos C102 features fresh paint, new flooring throughout, and thoughtful upgrades designed for comfort and relaxation. The expansive deck offers peaceful river views, creating an ideal setting to unwind after a day in the mountains.
Inside, the open-concept living space seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room in a bright, welcoming layout. The living area has been refreshed with a new, comfortable sofa and loveseat, providing generous seating for gathering or relaxing. Large sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and open to the deck, where guests can enjoy the calming sounds of the river. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance year-round.
Entertainment has been elevated with new, larger wall-mounted TVs in both the living room and primary bedroom, along with Roku streaming, a Blu-ray DVD player, and games for cozy nights in.
The fully renovated kitchen features granite countertops and updated appliances, making cooking and entertaining easy. You’ll find everything you need, including a toaster, blender, microwave, and ample cookware. The breakfast bar seats four, while the adjacent dining table comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.
The bedrooms are tucked down a short hallway for added privacy. The primary suite offers a California king bed, plush new carpeting, a newer mattress, and a large flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower/tub combination, an oversized soaking tub with custom tile surround, and a granite vanity. The second bedroom features two double beds with fresh carpet and newer mattresses. A second bathroom off the hallway includes a step-in steam shower with custom stone tile and a granite countertop vanity.
Additional conveniences include a private stacked washer and dryer, WiFi, hallway storage for skis or hiking gear, and a ski locker located just outside the unit. Please note that entry requires descending a few steps from the parking lot level.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
