Comfortable, well-appointed studio is quiet with beautiful views of the mountains from the front step. It’s a short, easy walk to restaurants, shops and the gondola. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to one of my favorite towns. The fall colors were breathtaking.

Free breakfast was good. Room were big. Great experience. Please improve internet in hotel rooms. Could not access internet from Room 109. Worked with front desk to reset router, but did not work.

Excellent place to stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon! It was perfect for the two of us. It was very cozy, clean, and within walking distance from everything fun in Telluride! We highly recommend staying here!

Cute studio condo in Telluride

The condo was small, but was nicely decorated, with a personal touch. A binder of information gave area details including favorite restaurants. There were quality appliances and a comfortable bed. We walked to lift 7 in the morning (a little closer than the gondola), and skied back to the gondola and caught the free ski bus in the afternoon. Walking to town in regular footwear was very comfortable.

Great view and location

In the center of town near hiking trails and entertainment. Fully stocked kitchen and Bathroom. Location was close to shopping, bars and food. Hot springs and river hiking trail very close. A great place to stay. Also, we had deer visit us daily.

Small But Everything You Need

This is not a large studio but has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Telluride. It was clean, decorated nicely and the management company's proactive communications meant we never had to reach out to them. The unit included a lot of the things that you don't want purchase when you stay for just a few nights (shampoo, dish soap, coffee pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.). A few things to note: -This unit is accessed by the outside (+) but it is a 1st floor unit which is great for access, but less privacy. Additionally, the windows don't provide privacy from the community but include easy motorized controls for the blinds. - There is no washer/dryer in the unit. There are credit card/coin operated machines a short walk away. - We never ran into problems, but the parking rules/instructions for the area weren't entirely clear. There is a parking pass for the complex's small lot, however the lot is usually full. There is usually street parking, but a different permit is required to park for more than 2 hrs during the day. - We never needed AC, but there is no AC. - There is very little countertop and table space, but the appliances/fixtures are all fairly new, work well, and there are all the plates, mugs, pans, etc. you might expect from a good rental. - The one feature that would have been nice is a porch/patio. We were in Telluride in August and the weather was generally beautiful and it would have been nice to be able to sit outside.

Perfect for a couple!

We decided to book a quick weekend in Telluride to enjoy the weather and balloon festival. This property was perfect for just two adults who spent most of the day out and about. Super quick walk into town from the property. Highly recommend if you’re not going to hang out at the house during the day. It’s small, but met our needs perfectly. Kitchen is stocked with enough supplies to cook with and sincerely appreciated the k-cups for the morning! Overall, great stay.

Last week of season stay

Very cozy suite that had mostly everything you could want from bathroom items and kitchen supplies. Located just a few minutes from Telluride, rarely had to use the car because I could walk everywhere. Only issue I had was the parking pass which was located in a welcome binder. However instead of being a hanging tag it was a print out copy that was kind of faded and hard to read. Other than the small issue, enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for others.

Great location and set up!

Perfect studio for a weekend ski getaway. Had everything we needed, simple towels, full size fridge, tv, full size shower/tub and conveniently located in town near the Town Loop bus stop, grocery store and walking distance to downtown. We stayed at another place in the same complex last month and this was significantly better. Not cluttered with decor, everything well laid out. Will definitely stay here again!

Cute, Very Clean Studio

Overall, the property met all of our expectations. A little bit longer of a walk to gondola but not bad. Very clean and had everything we needed. I would suggest a pan that is non-stick that fits the burners though. There is some noise from people walking up and down stairwell and the person who lives above has "heavy feet" but the fan and sound machine helped a lot with that. The bed was very comfortable, too, and the neighbors were all friendly. A good size unit for one or two people who plan on spending most of the time skiing or outdoors.

Comfortable and Luxurious Accommodations

I spent three nights in this studio over President's Day weekend. It was set up perfectly for one or two people. The kitchen allowed for simple meal preparation and there was plenty of desk space, along with an excellent view. The location was excellent (close proximity to the gondola), the bed was comfortable, and the internet was fast. Also, the email communication about finding the condo was very detailed. Thank you!

Great location

Love the location. Everything was within walking distance. Owners were responsive and helpful. The place had everything we needed in a great setting. Having designated parking was a huge bonus.

We enjoyed our stay. It's a nice property with a good location, and a very responsive owner. I did not like Evolve, and won't use it again for any booking. They charge a "damage fee" that is not an option- no thanks. I can't see what value Evolve adds.

Great place in a great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and wished we would’ve booked it longer. We had a great time in Telluride and enjoyed the VRBO very much. It was cute and within walking distance to everything. We will be booing this place again!!

The condo was very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was within an easy walk to the main town strip. The only drawback was that the north parking lot closest to our unit was under construction forcing us to park farther away on the street and dragging our luggages through a muddy lot and the construction was quite loud starting at 8 am. I’m sure that’s temporary but I would have preferred to be informed of that ahead of booking the unit. Overall, we were pleased.

We really enjoyed staying here. Perfect lil stay for a quick getaway for 2. Stocked with everything you needed although we did not cook. Walking distance to everything we did in Telluride. We didn’t use our car. It just took us a little while to find the location.

Great Place!

We loved this place! So nice to have a kitchen and it was perfectly located. The only negative was the bed - - horribly soft and uncomfortable. We were only there two nights so not the end of the world but beyond that, it would have been more of an issue.
