Beautiful property! Staff was great- room was lovely, luxurious and comfortable . My biggest complaint was the parking situation. The valet staff seemed super friendly to the residents it seemed - but for some reason, were rude to me. One day, I waited over thirty minutes for my car to be brought up . When I finally asked where it was, they said I never asked for it! So odd because I did, was sitting at the valet station for 30 minutes and no one asked if they could help me. Even though I’d already given my car info. No apologies, whatsoever. Another time I went to get my car and the valet attendant said, oh it’s not parked up in the front parking lot . I said, well ok I still need my car . He said, well someone is going to have to go get it . I said , well whatever you gotta do I need my car . Reluctantly he grabbed the key and went to get it finally. Yet another time when I went to get my car, I gave the valet my room number . And he said, I needed my valet ticket number. Now every other time I never needed that I just gave my room number- and he said well he didn’t have the phone that had the info on it. I’m like, well, let me look at your key rack and find my keys. In the mean time while I was looking for my keys he said, the number should be on my phone. Now why would it be on MY phone?! Each time I was very friendly didn’t loose my cool, tipped $10-$20 each time I got my car or dropped it off. But it got so when needed my car I felt like, what now?
