"We had a great stay at the Sweet Retreat! The cabin is a nice home base for spending all day on the lake. It looks to be well loved and is in need of a few fixes but nothing that detracted from the stay for us. It had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was hot out so the cabin got pretty warm but there was a fan that helped to keep it adequately cool. The deck is nice but the mosquitoes were out in full force, lol, so we didn't get...

In the listing would mention that the TV works, but is "Roku" I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to watch our local team play Monday Night Football on ABC. Was unable. Found a weird screen where the teams were X's and O's... The property and cabin were lovely, we would both come back in a heart beat ❤️"

"The property was amazing with mountain and water views right outside the door. The hot tub was a plus as well! From the A-frame design to the comfortable seating in the living room to the heated tile from the master bedroom hallway into the bathroom... they really did a great job on the cozy home. Definitely would recommend."

"We liked the place but unfortunately the beds are full sized which made sleeping worse since there wasn’t very much room with two people per bed. The rest of the place was great though. The dishwasher is finicky but we looked up the manual online and eventually figured it out."

"Enjoyed our stay at this property, liked that it was literally next door to the Safeway , made it nice and easy for snacks etc . Nice quiet area. Kids loved the chorus of frogs that lived in the pond next to the hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. "
